It has been finalized; the staff spinning class is on! In this class, you will be learning basic staff moves to be used for fire spinning. This class has been developed for the beginning student as well as those with some experience, and it is open to both men and women. This class will be held on Wednesdays from 6 pm to 7 pm, beginning October 11th.

Modern Poi II begins Thursday, October 12th, from 6 pm to 7 pm. This class is a continuation of Modern Poi I, beginning moves. This class is open to anyone with basic poi knowledge. You will be learning intermediate moves and poi dance combinations that will result in a group choreography.
